Horses with photo/video provided, listed below.
Lot 117: Percheron Quarter Horse x Mare. “Megan” Blue Roan. 2 Year Old. Megan is started riding. She is traffic safe. Pretty and quiet. Ride her or raise colts with her.
- Megan
Lot 203: Percheron Gelding. “Reo” Black. 12 Year Old. 18.1 hh. Reo is a sweet and quiet horse. He is handsome, tall and a beauty when he runs. He was part of a driving team for over 8 years. I was a beginner driver when we got him 5 years ago. He was always a perfect gentleman. He works the right-hand side. Has been in parades, driving carriages and on the road. Stays calm under pressure and in the presence of animals and noise. Responds well to voice commands and gentle pressure when driving. His driving mate died a few months ago and he is still wanting to get out and go – he has only been driven in a pair, not single. Could be used for light farm work. Good for the vet and farrier, no stock. He is good at gates and not pushy around people. He has been very healthy and well cared for. Enjoys being playful with other horses. Easy to tack up and take the bit. Reo will make someone a great driving companion.
Lot 233: Percheron Quarter Horse x Gelding. “Mercury” Gray Tobiano. 7 Year Old. 16.2hh. Broke to ride and drive. Nice, flashy gelding. Rides English and Western. Good on trails, in traffic and crosses Water.
- Mercury
Lot 238: Percheron Quarter Horse x Mare. “Piper” Dark Bay. Coming 4 Year Old. 14.2 hh. Piper has been in parades and has many trail miles. She is gentle and quiet; anyone can ride her. In foal, due April, bred to Lot #258, Bay Roan Quarter Horse Friesian x. (Video Below).
Lot 256: Quarter Horse Gelding. “Gus” Bay. 10 Year Old. 15.1 hh. Gus is a big, flashy, foundation bred horse that wears a size 1 shoe. He has been ridden on many trail rides and is very gentle and quiet for almost any rider. Gus loves attention and is the first one to the gate. Loads and shoes easily.
- Gus
Lot 258: Friesian Quarter Horse x Gelding. “Huk” Coming 3 Year Old. 14.2 hh. Huk is quiet and traffic safe, he will go anywhere you point him. Been on the trails and used to sort cattle. Lot #238 is bred to Huk who is now gelded. (Video Below).
Lot 266 & 267: Pair Gypsy Vanner Fox Trotter x Geldings. “Otis” 5 Year Old. “Olaf” 4 Year Old. Black & White Paint. Approx. 15 hh. Otis and Olaf are a nice, young pair of geldings. Sire and Dam are registered stock. Otis is green broke to ride and drive and both had 60 days of training last fall. They would make a great matched driving team, however, will offer a choice sale. They are both very gentle and easy to work with. Been on the same farm all their life. Only selling because we have sold the farm and are planning retirement. (Video Below).
Lot 275: Registered AMHR Stud Colt. MAPLE HOLLOWS MONTES IN THE BAY. DOB: 5/31/25. 30.” This is an outstanding colt that is sweet and has a lot of potential as an all-around horse. He is double registered. His sire is a multiple Hall of Fame winner in Driving and has many National Titles. His Dam has been one of my best producers. He has great potential for the show ring or as breeding stallion.
- Lot 275
Lot 283: Registered AMHA/AMHR Stud Colt. MAPLE HOLLOWS SHAMELESS OBSESSION. DOB: 4/12/25. 30.5.” Sire is a 2022 AMHR National Champion and is halfway to his Hall of Fame with limited showings. Nice leggy type colt that could be added to your show string or breeding program.
- Lot 283
Lot 289: Registered AMHR Stud Colt. MAPLE HOLLOWS REMS GOLDEN RAIN. DOB: 6/19/25. 29.” This is a very nice palomino colt that would be an excellent stock halter horse. His sire is a GOLD Hall of Fame in Halter and Hall of Fame in Liberty. His Dam has a very limited show career but brought home multiple National Titles in Halter and Driving. He is one I seriously considered keeping as a future herd sire but just need to cut my numbers.
- Lot 289
Lot 296: Registered AMHR Stud Colt. MAPLE HOLLOWS MONTES SHOCK N WAVE. DOB: 4/22/25. 31.” This colt is super flashy and has great confirmation. He comes from show horses on both sides with his sire being a multiple Hall of Fame driving horse and has multiple National Titles. His Dam is also a multi Grand Champion Halter mare and is very close to her Hall of Fame. He has amazing potential and just needs someone to give him the attention and training he needs to succeed.
- Lot 296
Lot 319: Standardbred Gelding. Bakker Tough. DOB: 5/14/23. Sire: Wind Me Up. Dam: Avant Art by Artiscape.
Supplement Lot 399: Belgian Gelding. “Eli” 6 Year Old. Eli is broke to ride single and double. Rides good on the trails, crosses creeks and has been used to give sleigh rides all winter. Broke and quiet.
Supplement Lot 410: Gelding Pony: “Storm” Storm is a 12-year-old, 43″ black gelding. He is a stout built pony that is broke to ride. Quick on his feet. He isn’t a babysitter but is a lot of fun for kids who know how to sit on a pony. Storm would make a great school pony or a gaming pony for a kiddo looking to go fast. Big enough all children can jump on him and have a turn!
- Storm
Supplement Lot 416: Mare Pony: “Strawberry” Strawberry is a 14-year-old, 38.” mare. She is a gentle and safe little pony. Rides around with a good handle, will walk/trot/lope with ease. Well-built and thick. Goes where she is pointed and will take care of the children. Stands to be groomed and leads very well.
- Strawberry
Supplement Lot 417: Crossbred Filly. “Tilly” Black, Blaze, Three Socks. Yearling. Halter broke – leads, ties and lifts her feet.
- Tilly
Supplement Lot 418: Pony x Stud Colt. “Pete” Black, Blaze, One Sock. Yearling. Halter broke – leads, ties, lifts his feet.
- Pete
